Add the ULEZ boundaries, tag nodes if they are inside or outside ULEZ, and also calculate averages of inside ULEZ/outside ULEZ nodes

showing the number of days of breaches of daily average was really helpful but doesnt appear any more

The website doesn’t work very well on mobile devices. In particular, the search box is a bit too big, and when you click on a node, most of the screen isn’t viewable.

It's hard to tell if, on average, the node is higher than the comparison nodes. Add dotted lines in the same colours as the node and comparison charts to indicate average readings.

We couldn't quite get this working before launch, but we think it would be super useful to be able to search for nodes by name on the main map page.
